For what? Shoes? Lipstick? A car? Hair? Skin tone? Eyes? A bathing suit?
There is no answer for best skin tone since this is in skin & body. All shades and colors can be beautiful. Just take good care of your skin.

it depends upon what the color is for. The best color for grass is green, not brown, the best color for the sky is blue, not dark gray, the best color for water is clear, not milky, the best color for teeth is white, not yellow. etc.....

what do you mean by this.???????? Color is a very personal choise. It depends wher the color is going? on what? and how? I love a deep Purple. Color also has a great impact on our moods, and can deplete or pick us up.
