I think the author intends the book to be humorous rather than be taken seriously. I would read it in that spirit.

Females could certainly make the case that men have been part of a conspiracy to supress women since people were created (look at the bad rap Eve gets in the bible) until today.

However, is it really any secret that women are superior and should take over the world? Gosh, the world would be such a better place.

This is kind of like "The Protocols of the Elders of Zion" or the WICCA Letters, to show how this group (Jews, pagans, feminists, whatever) have this manifesto and what they have accomplished in taking over the world and what still needs to be accomplished.
