Its easy to preach..but difficult to practise..thats what they say..
An easy way of stopping Gutkha ..I will tell you..One day visit the cancer ward of the leading cancer hospital near to your city. There if you see the sufferings each and every patient undergo, automatically the urge will come into us for stopping this nonsense of smoking and gutkha..Because 95% of these patients suffering from the cancer of the oral cavity do give a history of gutkha chewing.. Believe me..I used to smoke nearly 20 cigarettes per day about 10 years back...Then I had this habit of chewing Gutkha..Everything I could stop abruptly on a fine morning...If you have the will power ..you can do that...
Its possible man..don't say NO..
say YES...come out off it..TODAY..and NOW !

Go find something to eat. Specifically some low fat meat like chicken, or other protein if you are a vegetarian, and a bit of carbohydrate. While an apple would be ideal, since you need help now, go for a cracker or a single cookie. Also if you have peanuts or almonds on hand (and are not allergic) eat them up. They are protein and good fat.
Don't eat a lot of this though. A snack is about one ounce of protein and a small amount of carb if you are a woman. Double that if you are a man. Don't worry about the amount of nuts.
Eat this instead of that chewing tobacco. Chew slow and enjoy like you would the tobacco. Then drink 8 oz of water and do something that raises your heartbeat for a while, even just breathing in and out. Laughing is the best for this. Singing is good too.
If you do this every time you want tobacco, you should not gain much weight, if any at all, and should feel great.
Best of success!!

All you need is a little bit of self determination.
I know its hard to leave chewing tobaco because it was hard for me too and you know I am happy that i left it. Try using some chewing gums like Happydent as an alternate for tobacco and you need to be strong in your decision and never let the "only one time , wats the big deal " win you. and You should know that even if you stop chewing tobacco for 10 years and use it once you have lose the game >>>.......
