Yes she does have rights. Half of my assets are my wifes whether she signs anything or not, I have no choice.
By the way, not divorcing for 20 years - he is still committed to her and you are the "other" woman, if youre happy with that fine.

Possibly. It depends on what state they were married in and if their separation is legal or just by choice. I think the bigger question is why would you want to be with a man who couldn't be bothered to get a divorce for 20 years?
