This young girl was found, I belive, tied to a child's potty chair. Her father had kept her in this room for the better part of her life. She was finally taken away and became a case study. She could not talk, had animal like behavior. I just want to know her name. I would appreciate it.

I know of the girl you are talking about. They did a TLC special on her a couple months back.
