The aliens in Mac and Me drank lots of Coke, primarily because Coke was a major sponsor of the movie. But it wasn't put out by Disney that I know of. It might be the one you are thinking of though.

Batteries not included!Great movie where Jessica Tandy and Hume Cronen run a hotel with aliens in it,they were sweet though,they helped them kick the hooligans out of the building!
