The same way you would reduce it in 10 years... exercise, eat healthier. You won't lose a whole lot in 10 days though... maybe 3 - 4 pounds.

If you just want to lose weight temporarily and don't care if the weight returns.....you can reduce your water and fluid intake as well as salt (salt helps retain water...) If your a male you will probably lose 2 or 3 pounds in 10 days by doing this alone. With exercise even more. Boxers do this to make their weight before they weigh in. Of course, this is not really recommended unless your in top condition. If you want this weight loss to be permanent I would recommend a high protein low carb diet, like Atikins, worked for me. I lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks. And then keep reducing carbs to keep it off.

You must eat and you must drink. So, within this 10 day period, make changes to your diet. Drink only water or clear natural juices: white grape, apple, white cranberry, etc. Do not drink soda or artificially flavored drinks. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables - vegetables steamed, without seasoning or oil. Eat fish: broiled or steamed - very lightly seasoned. Eat chicken: baked, boiled - closer to bland. Keep your starches/carbohydrates down to a minimum and if you must have them, small portions - closer to bland. Stay away from the sweets and other types of junk food. No chips. Try pretzels.
Exercise for 2 hours each day: 1 hour in the a.m. and 1 hour in the p.m. Do alot of walking and wear heavier clothing. I know it is summer, but the more you sweat, the more pounds you will lose. Rest more - if you're sleeping, you're not eating. :-)

Do at least 30 minutes of exercise, like brisk walking, most days of the week.
The idea is to use up more calories than you eat. You need to use up the day's calories and some of the calories stored in your body fat.
Eat Less Fat and Sugar
This will help you cut calories. Fried foods and fatty desserts can quickly use up a day's calories. And these foods may not provide the other nutrients you need.
Make sure your other foods that day are low in fat and calories.

If you are a female, I find that a really fast way to get rid of an extra ten pounds is through sweating. women have more of a tendency to retain this water. I lost 12 pounds in two weeks by sweating in a steam room. It is great if you can take short swims in between 20 minute sessions to cool off and also tone up your overall body muscle.

Depends how much u want to lose. I have got a great way to lose weight. But am not sure how much u would lose in 10 days. I lost 15kgs in 3 months. I will not give u the secret here. Mail me if u want to know how. It takes about 2 mins a day!!!

the only way to lose weight in 10 days would be to not eat or drink anything during that time. however, you will die from dehydration in about 4 days.
the best thing to do is not give yourself unrealistic time frames. losing weight is a slow process. you need to take your time and do it right.

This is gonna sound weird but i read a Snapple Cap that by frowning you can lose calories!!!
And dancing for an hour you can lose 300 calories.
And by using a jump rope for 15 min you can lose 125
OH!!! OH!! stay away from fatty food!!

in the morning drink tea with lemon mixed in it so you dont get hungry too often and you need to trick your body by eating a lot before your 10 days during 1 meal (dinner,lunch,breakfast eather 1) than on the starting day you only eat a little during all the meals but your body will burn the normal amount
