The denomination "Heller" was minted by Austria, some of the German States and also in use in Tanzania-German East Africa. Without seeing the coin I am guessing that it has an eagle on one side and 1 Heller with the date under it on the other side, if so it was minted in Frankfurt Germany. There are others however by other German states. It is worth a couple of dollars.
