LCNR is the London College of Nursing and Research. Their offices are based in the St Mary's Court office development in Amersham.
From what I've been able to find out it appears to be a scam.
They have a website which looks genuine enough but they're not listed anywhere in any of the NHS or Department of Education documents which should immediately make anyone suspicious
The scam appears to involve sending payment of £300 in relation to application and processing fees.
If you've been asked to send any money then my advice would be not to.
Their bank is HSBC, the branch is in Ilford, Essex (UK), sort code 40-25-27, account number 71781464, account name 'LCNR'.

Amersham in Buckinghamshire is not London, its outside the London area, hence it being in Buckinghamshire
