MOST MOBILE PHONE STORES HAVE UN LOCK CODES UNLESS THE PHONE IS STOLEN OF COURSE.

Call T-Mobile and tell them you are planning to go to another country for an extended period and want to use your phone while you are there. They will provide an unlock code for you, they did for me.

A mobile phone shop will resolve your problem. Usual cost £5

you have to get a pac code from tmobile in order to use it else where... if phone is blocked.. you need to get a pin2 code from tmobile again.. if it is locked, you need one of the numbers in the operating manual...

yes, call 611 for help!...But if I were you, I'll stay with T-Mobile, because no wireless carrier is better than them.
