I don't know anything about the materials that would be needed to make it, but a self-contained single hand-size sheet, that could contain a whole book, with familiar page forward/backward buttons and a scrollbar like a computer screen.

Not so much cool as funny, laughed 'til we cried moment when we watched American Inventors and saw the "Therapy Buddy " by inventor Richard Koppelle. It's a stuffed blue doll cloth doll about 2 1/2 feet tall for adults who need the comfort of a recorded voice saying us, “Everything’s going to be alright.”
Unfortunately for the inventor, the judges for the show gave it thumbs down and sent him packing; toward the end it shows him holding and hugging the Therapy Buddy saying "Everything is going to be alright".

Yes....a filter to keep anyone under the age of 21 out of Yahoo answers. Or anyone who asks stupid questions about sex.
