Here are a couple who i think:

Cardinals -- Boldin,Fitz,Edge + Dennis Green -
If Leinart comes along fast that
could make an explosive offense
Ravens -- Mcnair - finally a decent QB to go
with that defense-but is it too late?
plus in division with Steelers and
Bengals

Who do you think??

I wish it were my Buffalo Bills but I'm realistic enough to know they're not ready... yet. I like your choice of the Arizona Cardinals very much, especially given their explosive talent on offense (the O-line will be the lynch pin to their success there). I think the Baltimore Ravens might surprise some, too, particularly if Steve McNair returns to good form (and stays healthy) and Jamal Lewis returns to being Jamal Lewis again.

Another team that might surprise us all is the Houston Texans, believe it or not. I realize they're in a killer tough division and were atrocious last year but they've made significant upgrades in their talent base and at the critical coaching position (Gary Kubiak will prove to be an exceptional head coach). David Carr is extremely talented and now has more weapons than ever (Eric Moulds will complement Andre Johnson nicely). They may still be another year away but I view them as an excellent sleeper pick this season.

I hate to declare it yet i admire the Lions to win the NFC North this twelve months. With Kitna back and thoroughly knowledgable of Martz's gadget, alongside with some particularly powerful weapons in Jones, Bell, C. Johnson, and Roy Williams, it is going to be annoying to provide up the Lions offense. interior the AFC i'm going to be observing the Browns particularly heavily. Charlie Frye substitute right into a competitor formerly and had a hearth lit under him while Quinn substitute into drafted. seem for substantial issues from Frye this twelve months. Now that the O-line would not seem 0.5 undesirable, the working game with Jamaal Lewis will open up for extensive video games from Braylon Edwards and Kellen Winslow. that is not too far accessible to foretell that the Browns will make the playoffs this twelve months with a 10-6 checklist.

you never do know for sure who will be the next bengals or bears this year. there are signs that the vikings may have taken steps toward becoming a contender this season.

tice is gone, and coach childress brings a new attitude and discipline to the team. the vikes have shown a willingness to part with divisive personalities to better the team, and now culpepper has followed moss out the door. brad johnson is the undisputed leader, and he has shown the ability to win consistently. the defense is vastly improved.

the division is ripe for the taking: the bears aren't all that, and the packers and lions are still weak. if the vikes can pull out 9 wins (not unimaginable) they should win the nfc north, and with the dome field advantage for half of their games, they may just do even better.

Detroit

Nobody expected the Tigers to do anything this year. Best record in baseba,, in August and still can't get any love from the media.
I think the Lions will be the same.
They'll win the close ones this year instead of losing 8 games by 6 or less points.
Martz will make sure of that, and Marinelli's defensive background at Tampa will shine thru.

Ravens with McNair leading a big improvement on offense. This man is a real QB my friends and if healthy, will absolutely light it up in Baltimore. The Titans will soon the saying, "why on earth did we let this man go"? Possible AFC championship team and maybe even AFC champ in 2006.

I'm thinking Miami. Now that they have Daunte Culpepper. They were on a 6? game winning streak at the end of last year.
