My hearing. Thereafter I can commence learning American sign language and be able to communicate with others who are deaf and have similar impediments.

the sense of smell.

this is honestly the one i'd give up cos i really need the rest.
taste for all the delicious food that i wanna have.
sight and hearing because being blind/deaf is just cruel.
touch... how could anyone go on without the sense of touch? it's horrible.

i could however take one week of not smelling anything. thats really easy. i have a blocked nose half the time anyway.

Taste. Every other sense I put to use in my work and personal life. Taste, I think I'd miss more than I realize, but it's the one I think I could cope with losing (especially for a week) the easiest.

I would give up my sense of fashion because it would be ok to dress a fool for a week. Could be kinda fun. It would hurt how others see me, but I wear a smock to work anyhows.

I'd give up my sense of smell because it's the least used.

Smell, what do you use smell for that is essential? People can get by without smell or taste, many do, but not the others, and I'd still like to enjoy my food.

Smell...there is a very large female with bad body odor at work. It would be nice to have a week without smelling that.

Taste, I think. I might eat less, and losing about five pounds would be nice.
