I suggest you advertise your service on www.craigslist.org and have a cost in mind, i.e. so much a mile. Who pays for gas and tolls? There are big companies that do this. They hire college students to drive the cars or put them on car carriers to move them around, but you could probably make some money if you can show them a spotless driver's license record and good credit so they know the car won't be stolen. You could also contact some of the big car sellers on ebay.

You can do this but you will be going into a business with a lot of competition. There are a a lot of large company's already doing this service, it would be very competitive.
