i recently downloaded the windows media player 11 beta, but i soon discovered that it doesn't work with most of the songs i listen over the internet. so i tried to download back the older version, windows media player 10. but it is saying that access is denied because the latest version of media player already exists on your computer. you might say it is the latest and best but i want back my old one. can u please give me any suggestions? i regret i got it....

Go and delete all the Windows Media Player 11 files first Local Disk C Drive - Program Files - Windows Media Player hit delete.

Then go here http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/10/default.aspx and reinstall Windows Media Player 10 again.

Personally I like 11 but I hoped that helps :-P

Ok don't worry everything is reversible...Just go to control panel and switch to classic view.Open the add or remove programms and afterwards go to add or remove windows components. There you will see a list of windows components installed on your computer.Somewere you will see ticked windows media player just untick it and press next. Now windows media player 11 will be removed and you will be able to install any other version you want. I hope this helped otherwise just e-mail at cyberhacker665@gmail.com for more details if you don't understand what i wrote.
