No. Anger is a emotion just like laughing and crying. It is how you handle it that matters. We all get angry time to time.

No, anger is a natural human emotion. Everyone gets mad at different times. Only when you allow it to consume your life and fill your every waking moment thinking of ways to get back at whoever angered you does it become a problem. Forgive them and move on. It makes life a whole lot easier.

No, anger is a valid feeling and venting is a great stress reliever.

And another thing that isn't bad are those wonderful legs!!

If you bottle up the anger, then that is bad.

Anger is a vent to the frustration pent up inside us. on one hand it helps that individual specifically mentally but devastating for the reciever.why? it is a mechanism of the body dat gives way to the stress we goin through in our evry day lives. Probably if one enjoys every moment of their life without cribbing about the future or living in the past this situation of 'getting angry ' will never arise. like anything dat is not acceptable to the body id thrown out similarly anything not acceptable to the mind is thrown out in the form of anger. so it is not natural coz our body or mind cannot accpet it in any form be it stress or any grief etc. so smile always and let go of our ego probably anger would then become non exixtant for you.

It depends on what the anger relates to. Justified anger is very normal and a part of our emotional make up. Constant anger over trivial situations indicates deeper problems. Jesus, Himself, got angry and chased the money changers out of the temple.

Sometimes, It depends how you release you anger. My sister has bad anger issues and she tend to blow up at people, that is not good, then she loses her job and friends. So anger comes in different ways, release it in a positive way.

dont ever let anyone tell you that anger is bad. it is ok to be angry, it is a naturally feeling. it is the way that you handle your anger that matters. so no anger is not bad, retaliation on the innocent, that is what is bad.

Yes.

Anger is very contractive to your energy. It is about as far from Love as you can get. Love is expanding, giving. Peace of mind is the most valuable thing in the world, and anger is far from it.

No emotions are bad, they are completely natural. It is how we handle our emotions that can be "bad", I try to think about negative emotions like this: If we didn't feel anger, hurt, sad, hate, etc. we would never know how it feels to love, be happy, content, serene, feel joy, etc.
