Depends on the age of ur children. If they are very young look for mother & toddler groups, movin on to pre school playgroups etc. These are quite often held in church halls, look for notices in libraries or doctors surgeries. Another good place is at a play gym / adventure world type place aimed at the age of ur children. Chin up, im sure u will soon start makin new friends, just make the effort to get out there & look!

Try looking in your local paper for mothers meetings or coffee mornings or when you go to see your gp or visit your local health centre sometimes they have leaflets for times that single mums meet up.maybe when you enrol your child into your local school you`ll meet fellow mums who will invite you to their meetings.... Good luck.
