I do not know what the words were about. If you were criticizing him, then send a card with something written by you about being truely sorry and taking back what you said and that you will think before you speak in the future. Also mention that the worst thing in the world would be to lose him as a friend. if there is anything there at all, that should help to open the door, then back off and give him some time letting him know if he wants to talk that you will be there with no expectations and no criticism.

if u were really close, then u know him very well. if thats the case then i would suggest u plan to accidentally bump into him at a place were u know he would b, hopefully alone and not busy. then u try and talk to him but first of all b4 saying anything tell him u r sorry, just like that. I AM SORRY, no excuses, no buts. then u tell him how much ur frendship means to him.................. you can continue from there. dont b discouraged by his reception he is really angry wit u and u were afterall disrespectful and nasty!
Anywa what ever happens the bottom line is u have passed ur message across, u have apologised.

Alot of times, things like that bruise his ego. And unfornately, he may have to calm down. he will relaxe after a day or two. You might have to swallow some pride in doing so. But if you truely want to meet with him and apologize to him, there are ways. A card to say your sorry. See if you can find him in a public place and apologize to him. most often guys don't like to be hurt like that, or embarrassed. Its a big blow to our pride, or we are just plain hurt.

Anyone hurt will feel bad but anger is like boiling water, with time it will cool off.so give it some time then you can meet him and apologize or send him a mail or letter expressing your sincere apology. Please don't use nasty words on people again even if you provoked or annoyed.

Send him a nice card or a hand written letter, with box of chocolates. Should do the trick. Best of luck.

Write a nice letter telling him your feelings and that you are truly sorry, that you would like to see him one more time if only to say sorry in person and goodbye.

In anger unkind words are often said that we regrett later, try to approach him and tell him how sorry you are, if he refuses you, then you need to learn from this experience, okay

If he won't talk to you , there is really nothing else for you to do except give him time to get over it and when he's ready then you can apologize to him.
