it's a bad idea to ask these questions to him
may be the best way to keep him in your hands is to show him that you'll never care if he stays with you forever or not

Confidence and sincere sweetness will get you everywhere. People fall into and stay in love because of the way the other person makes them feel. Make him feel good (spiritually and mentally I mean) and he'll be there. Make sure he treats you well, your feelings are mutual and just hope for the best. The other answerers are right, you'd severely freak him out by asking him these questions. You don't know if he loves you? How long have you been together. Never settle for the best of what you want in a man. I've always been able to tell if someone loved me or not because they say, "I love you."

You can tell if he's in love with you by the way he looks at you, his eyes, smile, the attention he pays to you, and the way he responds, by his words, deeds, body language.

You can only ask him and analyse his actions, to try to figure out what he's thinking long-term. You can't take the future for granted. People change. So you take your best guess, you leap with faith, you invest in the future.

Yes, it's good to ask him these questions. A man should appreciate a question which he can at least answer instead of wondering what is his woman thinking. Ask him how he feels about you asking the question. You also need to be patient with each other. If the other one isn't ready, you might wait a while.

Now, I've saved the best for last. How do you keep a man in love with you? First, it take two, the both of you to stay in love. It's not easy (see my own question regarding our relationship) buy I think it requires sustained effort, prayer, and skills like listening. Still, the man has a vital role to play in staying in love with you. He has to be willing.

Sometimes I think love is a mystery.

I don't think it is a good idea to ask those questions you might seem pushy.

Only time will tell. To keep him in love with you It is better to not be too available all the time so that he can have time to think about you and miss you. Don't be or display that you are more into him then he is into you because that will probably turn him off.

Be faithful and when he is in love with you and is thinking of you long term you will just know it because his actions will speak it.

Good LucK!

If you can't tell, he's probably not in love with you. You can't make anyone love you, or love you more. You are not mature enough to realize this? You don't ask question or talk about this unless the relationship is serious, and I doubt this one is. School starts soon, maybe you will find a new boyfriend then.

I don't really think there is anything that YOU can do to keep someone in love with you. In fact, I don't think you'll ever really know what the other person truly feels. You know the saying: "A woman can fake an orgasm, but a man can fake a whole relationship."

You need to try to be secure in your relationship. Asking questions that you are not sure what the answer is going to be can be pretty dangerous. He will let you know in the things he does not what he says. Men don't like to talk about what they are feeling. As for keeping him interested don't change how you were in the beginning is what got him interested in the first place. If you are too clingy and insecure he will certainly run for the hills eventually. Be yourself and enjoy it may be you in the long run who decides if it is long term or not. Keep your own power.

Just continue to have a good time with each other, why rush the future. It is okay to ask what his long term goals in a relationship might be, then you will get a sense on how he feels, but I wouldn't nag on the situation. Just have fun, laugh a lot, joke a lot and just be there for him. Being best friends is part of the whole love thing, and best friends are hard to throw away. Good luck.

You can't make anyone love you. Love just all of a sudden happens. As well as fades.
Wouldn't life be so much easier if we could chose?
But it's not up to us

If he is in love with you - you would know it. How to keep him in love with you is another thing. Sometimes people change, and that is something you cannot change nor control. Just keep doing what you're doing, and make sure to communicate your thoughts and feelings periodically. If he is thinking about you long-term, take note of how he refers to your relationship in conversation... 'we', 'you and me', etc.,etc.
