There is a theory to this I would like to share.

1. You must learn how to love yourself. And by this I mean, really love yourself. But let me ask you this: When you love somebody, what do you do to prove that you love them? Give them things, take care of them, try to surprise them, spend time with them, etc., etc. A multitude of things, right? Okay, now you have the basis to how to really love yourself. Be gentle with yourself. Take care of yourself. Spend time with yourself. In a nutshell, once again, love yourself.

2. Figure out this: What kind of person do you want? Do you want a drug addict? Probably not, right? Does religion play a major role? If so, you have something to start from. And on and on and on, keep writing all these things you want. Highlight the ones you think are unbendable, which means, those are the things you will not tolerate and the things you will definitely want. If you need your partner to have at least a college degree, and that's a must, and you can't stretch that because it's something critical for you, you have to know firsthand, otherwise you'll be searching in the dark.

3. Once you have a good prototype of the person you want in your life, consider this: What kind of person would you have to BECOME to attract that kind of person into your life? And then adjust your life to satisfy those things that you need to become.

and finally...

4. Affiliate yourself to the "world" or "circle" where this person is most likely to exist. If you want somebody who loves playing tennis because you like to watch it on TV, maybe you should head to the actual tennis courts. If you want a tennis player with a college degree, you may have to look around campuses or pry around local private gyms and the like where tennis is taught.

If you want a church-going man, I don't think I need to spell it out for you, do I?

Good luck!

...and by the way, finding one is just the beginning. Then you have to create a plan to have a great relationship...what will you share this week, this month, this year, etc., etc., etc....

Bye!

Surround yourself with people who you can talk to and who share the same interests as you. You will have something that you can work with while you search for someone that you like. then get to know each other and go from there. Serious relationships take time to develope.
