I don't think such site exists. I would try to talk to an agent personally and try to get the best deal possible. You'll get a good deal if you can afford to pay in cash.

get a good broker who will take care of that for you. or you may call several banks' property management divisions. they can provide you with a list of properties that are for sale all over the country. good luck :)
