to accept that one day you, yuour friends and everyone else you know and yourself, will be gone. I hate thinking that way, but sometimes i can't avoid it. This gives us more of a reason to literally live life like we mean it and to live as if we were dying the next day.

and true self-inquiry(being totally honest with ourselves. It can be
