As Penguins have a life span of 15-20 years, so roughly 3-4 years to every human year, and the drinking age in Finland is 18 for mild drinks and 21 for hard liquor, you would need to be roughly 5-7 penguin years, unless you are an African Penguin and they mature at age 3-4 years. Since you are already molting, just tell them you are an African Penguin and it should be cool.

It is 18 years in all other counries, in Finland it may be 21 years, but not more than that.
