Take the back off and the battery pack out and let it dry out for a day or two- then it should work. If not, then you can take the phone to wherever you are going to buy a new one and they can hook the 2 phones together to upload the phone book from your old phone into your new. But I would first let it air out a couple days- that worked with me and I dropped my motorola in a cup of coffee!!

turn it off and take it aside into as many products as you could. Take out the battery and the SIM card. let each of the products dry one after the different for a minimum of 5 days then positioned it back at the same time and word what occurs. I dropped my clean cellular in my warm bathtub the day I were given it and did this and it worked suited when I positioned it at the same time. in case you became it off acceptable after dropping it contained in the water this can artwork yet in case you kept it on for any length of time it truly is likely already fried. even with you do...do no longer put in the the oven or the microwave or positioned a hair dryer on it or something like that, let it dry out completley on that's own! reliable success!

Probably not but you can try slightly preheating an oven and placing it in there for a while. Oops I misread your post. I think you may be be able to save your addresses by removing the SIM card and trying it in another phone. Ask someone at Verizon to find out for sure.

I am not sure if they can because the phone wont power up but when I smashed my screen to my phone They were able to get my contacts off of my phone but nothing else no pictures downloaded ringtones or wallpaper which kind of sucked. but all they did was give me a referbished phone with my contacts in it and it was only 66 for it....it will prob be a little more if its still under warentee then you should be ok

put it some place warm like your car for a day or two. It should dry it out and be good as new, but don't try to power it up anymore that may cause it to short out that is if it didn't short it out the first time oh and remove the battery.

this happened to my friend, in a way. she found a mobile at the beach, in the water. it was full o water too. what she did was first leave it to dry (each part seperatly). Then, if it still doesnt work, try buying a new battery. normally, nearly everything works then. for my friend everything was good except the camera isnt working yet (shes tryna fix it thou).
good luck!

Does the phone store the numbers in the phone or on a removeable chip? I have a RAZR and can store the numbers on a removeable chip so if I break or soak it my numbers are right there.
