there is a girl....she just can't keep her eyes off me.and here me is too feeling a bit towards her.but the main problem is that we never talked to each other,and now after 1 year the story is same,she still REFUSES even to talk,but she still cant keep her eyes off me!!!please help,i am really confused.

don't approach directly to her asking her if she loves you. Maybe she's shy o something. Try getting friendly with her slowly and stuff. Maybe have common friends and stuff maybe then you two might come together
