but is it free for american citizen? i hear geermany colleges are free but only for german citizens so is it frre n canada for americans to attend college there?

No it is not free. If you are an international student it costs you even more.
BTW, the comment above saying it is CHEAP for Canadians to attend College? Do you live in Canada b/c I am up to my ears in debt and I am only going into my second of 5 years of school.
I am only paying for it b/c of governmental assistance that I will have to start paying back 6 months after I finish.
US colleges are not free either. They are more expensive than us if you can believe that. I wanted to attend in the states but there was no way I could afford it.
Canada is a great place to attend school though, we acquire many international students. Have a great time if you come!

No it is not free but it is cheep for Canadian citizens. It is more expensive for International students like Americans although a lot of people from other countries go to school in Canada because is in cheaper. And Germany doesn't have colleges they only have Universities which are free for German citizens but you have to speak German. Also in Canada you can go to English or French Colleges or Universities but you have to pass an English or French language test. From your writting you would really have to brush up on you English to pass the ESL test.

to get enough money for college. I
even had a part time job during college
to help pay for things. Americans have
to pay as well.
