discontinuous cell activity would mean that the cells in your body died. so you died. Can't be that one.
cause damage to their structure- that could happen so that is a possibility.
do they poison the cell liquid- Nope no cell liquid
produce a toxic substance-nope that's what you took.
So it could cause damage to their structure.

Depends on your drug, of course.
If you're talking about the ones that "get you high" then the answer is A. These drugs bind to receptors on your neurons and cause abnormal activity in those cells.
If you're talking about anti-cancer drugs or chemotherapy or antibiotics, you can choose between B, C, and D.
