Anything to be broadcasted in television needs to have a certificate from Censor board! Once you get it.., u can contact television channels to arrange slot for your song! It's then all u'r influence...

But, If it's going to be private television, it actually has nothing to do with censorship! if your product influence them, they can independently give you a slot! There is no rule appicable here... But again it's all how u & u'r influence them..!

So, when u r planning to play it 'live' or recorded live done in the studio of the channel, go for private channels! If it's a recorded one and have the thing with u, get censorboard's certificate and that give u an authorisation for what you have...

U can record a song played on the TV only for your personal use. U cant sell or use it for pubic performance. U cant make money by selling it.

Adult rated songs shudn't be played on the TV as per a new law.
