i figured out that your outlook has a BUG!!
all you need to do is repair your Outlook in windows installation and everything comeback to normal!!
to do that goto controllpanel > add/remove programs > Install windows components (left pane), check the box with outlook express and click next, it will ask for windows disc...Putit insidethe computer and windows willrepair your client and you wont have anymore errors to send an error report!
or get a new email client from http://www.download.com

Verify the email address your sending correct, if so your email might be considered "spam" by the other parties server therefor blocking your email and sending you an error report, it can also be that that address is no longer valid, or there email server is down.

i'm having the equivalent prob too, regardless of if now not confident what it rather is regardless of if Ive chanced on a temp answer. in simple terms use the internet Explorer upload-on for Firefox. by using fact Firefox 3.0 is new, they on the full have have been given to be sure a malicious application thats all. is it to everyone u send???????? or is it a particular person that u r unable to send?????
if it is a particular person, then his /her id is incorrect. if it is that u r not able to mail anyone then u should have a new e-mail account made or just check ur settings.

If the e_mail address of ur friend is yahoo then it can be .com Or .co.in check it which one it contain in the e_mail address

Please check your Internet connection is correct, next go to menu in Tools clik in droop meno see Internet Options, see in Address what is typed in home page. Is it correct your account name.
