The sensation of sleep can be triggered by very many factors,including increased metabolic rates,oxygen deprivation and active digestive processes.
The temperature at which the air you breathe in is at makes little difference.Its the quantitiy of oxygen in it that matters that really counts.So,if ur feeling sleepy each time you breathe in that air,it means it contains small amounts of oxygen;or large amounts of other poisonous gases like carbonmonoxide and Carbondioxide.
