2 ways, you can either buy a water dripper which will only let smalls drops out into the bowl but at a consistent rate or a water dispeser so the snake can use the end to get water.
Or the other is to get a timed water dispenser where it will release a set amount of water into the bowl at a given time.

if the snake is a small one leave a bunch of little water bowls in the aquarium. the snake should be ok and it also depends on how long u plan on leaving the snake for. As far as i know snakes don't need much water anyway. I hope this helps

Snakes can be just fine for the three weeks you are planning on being away, but there are a few things you need to consider. Snakes soak in their water bowl to help shed, they also defecate in their water. So the logical thing to do, if you can not get anyone to help out is put more than one bowl in the cage. One for him or her to drink from and the other to do his business.

You would be better off trying to get someone to take care of your snake while your away. I'm sure it should be fed during the 3 weeks that you'll be gone too.

take the snake with you, thats what I would do anyway but if you can't do that you should try and find someone who will take care of your snake while you're gone.

If you have any money since you would pay babysitting money to a babysitter you could afford to buy something nicer. I say a rock waterfall.

IF you are not there, and there is noone - you should not have a corn snake.
Take it to the pet shop.
