No it means he is turned on by transvestites and/or shemales. Until you know who it is he is attracted to both emotionally and sexually in his non-fantasy life, it's hard to put a label to him.
This is part of why labels are harmful. Why not just say that you like a certain kind of porn, instead of trying to put a name on yourself?

In order for the person to know its a shemale, they must know there are two sexes involved...
So no matter what part they concentrate on... lets say, one thinks they are a hetro. So they look at this picture and are turned on, and they only think of the breasts, long beautiful hair etc.
what really turns them on is she also has a penis..
There are a lot of hetro. books out there without swinging dicks.
So they would be gay, I would say..

I guess first you would have to decide which part of the shemales it is that is turning you on! Hair, make-up, boobs,......your're okay I guess but still a little "iffy".......But if you are zeroing in on the "shlongs" you're becoming a candidate for the Gay Pride Parade!

They are called hermaphrodites. I wouldn't know why. It's a pity that these poor people have to subject themselves to porn to make a living. I know that not all of them do this, I just feel sorry for the ones that do.

shemale, unusal terminology...I think if you think its a girl and you fancy her then your straight, but if you know its a man dressed up like a lady then that's something else...always check for an adam's apple...its a huge give away!!!

being gay is in the heart. if you think you are not, then you are not gay even if you are turned on by gay porn or she male porn. just think of it like an obsession that seeks to satisfy your innate curiosity. its perfectly fine. perfectly normal.

damned if i know.theres so many different sexual identities these days and genders that i wouldnt know where to start.as a lesbian though i do tend to attract alot of transgenderd ppl ...male to female..
