If you want art, either draw a picture of a brown, a green and a blue field with nothing in it. Or even better, leave the paper blank. But that might be too minimalistic and concept based for a school project.

I am an art teacher, and all the other answers seem too generic and overused. I don't know what grade level you are, but something I might like to see would be to draw the world (globe) and then a huge hand wiping it clean. Or of a window, looking outside and having a hand wiping it. One side is dirty and the wiped side clean. Hope this helps!

Draw a nicely but intricate picture of a grassland area wtih rowhouses and fences and people walking to the store and instead of them throwing the wrappers on the ground throw them in the trash can. Or you can have people sweeping they front porch off and that whole entire area of the porch but its you imagination not ours so do what you think is best.

Draw a clean enviroment and somepeople seeing a boy throwing rubbish on to the ground and they are scolding him

draw a 5 or 6 year old kid planting a tree

draw a bunch of people cleaning a park or something. its cliche but it works all the time.
