solitude. people tend to really wear on me in every way. the only way i can recharge my "shields" so to speak, is to put physical distance between myself and the rest of humanity.

i now totally understand why superman needed his fortress of solitude.

a little bit of both. sometimes a bit of solitude works wonders and then some company with good friends helps too.
