The world is on it's last leg. I would be surprised if we would survive the next 100 years. The parameters of life such as global temperature, pollution, over-population, disregard of nature, energy consumption, hunger and famine, war and greed have swung so far out of control that it would require a miracle to reign it in.

Given the current geo-political situation, the apathy of our (so called) leaders and the insanity of the (supposedly) leading nation it looks bleak for humankind.

Earth will soon let the narrow band in which human life is possible get even narrower and we will simply vanish or be reduced to a few. I hope the few that might survive will understand, learn and pass on the lessons; but then again ... they are also only human.

We as a world are in sorry shape. There are all so many issues that need to be addressed, right here in the USA let alone in other countries.
