You could say 'futago no ...' (双子 or 二子, then の)
- follow this with either elder sister if she's older than you 'anee' (姉) - or younger sister if she's younger than you 'imouto' (妹).

If you want to introduce two sisters who are twins, or talk about them, you would call them 'futago no shimai' 双子の姉妹 - shimai means sisters.

Futago means twins, or 'a' twin. That's why if it's your own sister you would say futago no anee / imouto. Older / younger sister of twins. The implication being that it's YOUR twin, unless you specify otherwise...

There's always one who's older than the other, even with twins!
