Not that I know of.

I get around that by using DNSALIAS for my home web page and for FTP

I auto run a script that updates the alias everytime the ip changes!

Pretty much all broadband providers will offer static IP addresses. However generally you much have a business class version of the service. Which often may cost around $69-$129 a month. Please keep in mind that some offer "sticky" IP address which act much like static but are associated with your MAC address of your router or cable modem. Depending on what you are trying to do with a static IP you can also look into NO-IP.com. They offer a easy and free DNS solution.

I don't think so, this service is only for business uses, but you still can have your IP as static IP

go to

www.dyndns.org or
www.no-ip.com

and register thier, it will give you a host name for your device, which you can visit any time, and your dynamic IP is always updated in this host

There are none in this world. You cant get static IPs in DSL. if you need a static IP the best way is getting ISDN.
