if you go,don't go alone,it could be a setup and take a cell phone with you in case you have to call the cops.

First, I don't know why you posted your question in the Toys category; it clearly has nothing to do with toys. That aside, spacecowboy is right. The scenario you're depicting seems incredibly weird.
I surmise that you're younger than eighteen. Have you talked to your parents about the situation you've described here? If not, why not? For Pete's sake, don't go over to your neighbor's residence alone! Heck, if I were I in your shoes I wouldn't go over to their place with a posse of my friends.
I truly wish you had provided us with more information so that we could advise you better, but you should not feel obligated to go to your neighbor’s home under any circumstances, and certainly not until your parents have met these people and gotten to know them well enough to trust them.

go over but have a couple of friends with you so that they wouldnt have the numerical supremacy against you guys!
keep a celphone in hand and have it ready in speed dial with 911 so that when they start being creepy on you just hit the call button.

Maybe they are just trying to be nice. But if they seem suspicious, stay away from them, or better yet, move!

it sounds weird,I don't how old you are but I think you should tell your parents.playing with your friend isn't worth paying for play with your life or your safety.
