Get your PC checked for spywares. These programs have the ability to record your address book and the web sites regularly visited by you etc. This information helps them conclude on your habits, liking etc and it becomes saleable data for marketing companies.
Notice how some websites automatically show the page you frequently visit.
This could be helpful if you buy stuff online (although the only thing to worry is whether the advertiser is genuine or not)
A spam for me may not be spam for you - it could be for an area of your interest. However as a precautionary measure (against viruses etc) most of us do not open mails from unidentified people.
Advertisers / Spammers have found a way to get you to open the mail by using localised names / a name from your address book.

it will aggravate you even more finding out, shrug it off and find new friends that you can trust if possible. no matter where you go on this earth someone across from you will talk about you, as long as you have high esteem and take care of yourself, who cares what any one has to say, you are a beautiful person and be that person.

Don't ever open email from someone you don't know. My hubby fixes computers for a living and thats one of the biggest reasons peoples computers get screwed up with viruses.

silly pooh, you'll get stuck in the rabbit hole
i fix computers from people that open stuff all the time. i make good money off them,,,, silly and avoidable, and i even tell them not to do it.
if they get your finacial/personal information it will cost you more than a visit to your computer tech.

You should ignore this mail as it may be a virus mail. Usually we get virsus mails for even from known mail id's.
