1. highlight the part that you want to print
2. click file tab
3. click print.
3. in the print dialogue box you will options under page range
4. click selection
5. click ok.

u just have to copy and paste the section u wish to print in a notepad or microsoft word , if its from another source.
But if the whole essay is in the microsoft word, (assuming u use it), u just have to select the section u wish to print (dragging mouse after left-clicking) and go to print (ctrl+p) and select selection

Agree, highlight the parts you want, and you can do it easier by righ clicking and selecting print.

all the above are good answers and I recommend both ways, though the copy paste is perhaps the surer way to prevent mistakes on your part, so i will just collect my 2 points and say adios amigo.
