About 1% of my income on membership at the ratty, tatty local gym. Plus the cost of laundering the soiled gym clothes. I'll also "invest" in some of the more expensive cheeses and fancy crackers, and in exotic fruits and costly berries; that way, I snack on these treats instead of chips and pretzels. I have some home equipment (weights, a bench, a mirror) that set me back about week's pay.

I'm nearly 60 and still wear a size 5 -- though I must admit it fits me a little differently! It's not how much money you put into health & fitness, it's how much time and effort and DISCIPLINE you put into it.

why don't you use the Ebsco or some marketing research database? It would certainly provide fast results.
