Just call your carrier's customer service and tell them that your are traveling to another country and you want to use that phone.

Motorola is a detrimental comapny, however the razr v3 must be the WORST telephone ever. So low priced, gruesome, buggy, and sluggish. are not getting it, sprint sucks, its a competent component you left. stay faraway from sanyo and motorola, follow LG and Samsung. you could no longer use sprint telephones unlocked on tmobile.

I don't exactly know...but I do have a motorola phone...this works for mine...hold down the star and the send button at the same time...Hope it works for you.
