Basic English Revisited. It reminds one of Warrner's Grammar book. It's published by Holt, Rinehart, and Winston.
There are numerous web sites with grammar practices.
Write Source also puts out grammar resources. They include everything from grammar to research to spelling to writing. My students had to purchase this book as a resource book a few years ago.

Or you could break down and buy a Warriner's or Harbrace handbook. Both are excellent and very portable. Bet you could find a used one cheap on Amazon. It doesn't have to be a current edition!
