You're fine, dont worry about it. Theoretically you could have gotten crabs but the chances are way better that you'll win the lottery and get struck by lightning in the same day. No need to worry.

Just a rule of thumb: DO NOT LOAN OUT YOUR BATHINGSUIT OR UNDER GARMENTS TO ANYONE! I hope and pray that you didnt wear your swimsuit before a few days, and I hope you washed it first? Yes you can contract some STD's through clothin, but it has to be within a certain time limit. Keep wathcing because it can take weeks, months even years, sometimes- to have symptoms from an STD you caught. Best to get yourself tested within 6 months.

it would be more likely to catch the herpes virus from sharing drinks, food, lip gloss, etc... than catchin HSV or any other STD from wearing the same bathing suit
STDs do not survive very well in the open air without a viable source/ host
i would not worry, but these answers are probably not going to easy your mind, so go to a doctor and get tested to completely to put everything to rest
