I don't understand your question. Are you asking what it means when someone says they are well? If that's it then usually they say that because that is the expected answer to the question "how are you?"..most people don't say the truth because they don't want to bore you with details of how they really are. Maybe the "aree" part is actually "are you?" or meaning "how are you". This is the reciprocal expected reply.

Person X: how are you?
Person Y: very well, thank you, and you (how are you)
Person X: Fine , thanks.

Don't know if this is what you mean but at least I gave it a try.
