What do you think?? Do people like you better if you stay with the fads??? Will people except you because of how you look??? Are first impressions really everything?? Would you rather have beauty or brains??

I have my own fads.. If I'm "accepted" it's because of me. maybe to some, the appearance, maybe the talk, I wouldn't change myself. You only get to make a first impression once and usually they affect your actions or attitude towards who you meet. I like to think that i have both the brains and beauty to some. people base soooo much on the appearance of things. that's the number one marketing trick.. Make it Look GOOD.

This is like 5 questions.
I think you have to dress like you, not someone else. But it never hurts to be in style.
I like some very shallow people will only like you in you follow the fads. Most people (teenagers mostly) will only like you if you dont dress like ****.
SOme people wont exept you for how you look, and they are also shallow.
First impressions are everything. But not in clothing sense. People have gut feelings on what their view on a person is, just from 5 minutes!
I would rather have brains because then I could get rich and buy beauty. But thank god Im just so pretty. =]

That's really more than one question, but here goes. You dont have to dress the part, the people who will accept you on how you look are vain and shallow people. First impressions have way more to do wih clothing. I would rather brains than beauty. So no, you don't have to dress the part.

I'd rather have brains. They take me further. But part of having brains is knowing that dressing in an acceptable fashion is smart. It will take you much further in life. When you "dress the part",it shows people that you have it together and you are ready and confident to tackle any challenge. Now if you walk into a job interview or even just a first chance meeting wearing a pair of purple cotton pants and a gangster tweety tee shirt, people are going to think that you don't have enough money to buy an ambitious wordrobe in part because you have no ambition to get out and earn the money itself.I dress confidently and acceptably because i find the pediatrician views me as a confidant upstanding mother who requires the attention that my child's insurance pays for.

This is the problem with the today’s world if you don’t look good no one will try to find what’s inside you.
I feel sad for people that just look at the way someone looks like
