That is a normal thing for infant males to do...
But it's pretty twisted when Mommy's tutoring him, keep an eye on the Mom and the kid...
I'd hate to see him become a four year porn junkie with a mouth like a sailor and a jaw like steel trap like that other kid you keep talking about.
Also it seems you have a tendency to gravitate towards tragic situations. Again I don't know you I won't pretend I do, but within an hour you've posted five questions about three different dysfunctional kids or families..
Are volunteering at a clinic or becoming an RN?

Two year old children are normally curious about their bodies and may touch or rub themselves on their own. However, it is psychologically disturbing for a parent to teach his or her child to perform masturbation at such an early age. This parent needs counseling before she goes even further. She has already gone too far by encouraging sexual desires and sexual activity in a two year old child. Yes. Take her to a therapist for evaluation and report her if she won't go.

It's normal. Kids play with themselves all the time, either from birth or from the age of 18 months or so.

it is very normal for a little two year old to play with his dick but when his mother teaches him that is totally un-natural and you should take action against her and not the little boy.

Definetly this is not normal . for a 2 years old to teach her such things . there is no need that he teaches her such bad things .
Now yu should warn your freind about that , & if he insist that this is normal leave him and report about what he did to the police . (he is not a good freind any way )

Back in the day, British Nannies used to masturbate the kids to make them less fussy and go to sleep. They were smart! He'll touch himself when he's 2, when he's 22, even when he's 102. We got it, might as well use it.
