Malpractice suit. That's a water pill. The Doctor signed you and your baby's death warrant. Get a lawyer now. That was worse than telling you to take the morning after pill while pregnant! What the hell was he thinking? I got edema, after my babies were born, and not during the pregnancy. I couldn't even take a water pill until I had stopped nursing! You are about to be extremely wealthy off of this one, and the baby died too? While you are on your computer, type in the name: Malpractice Attorney. Find one in your area and talk to him/her by phone conversation. Ask them do you have a case. Trust me! You are about to get paid, provided that you can prove what you just said happened to you. First of all, did you keep that medicine bottle? That's great proof, because the hospital bills, and your doctor bills will prove that you were in the hospital , and that you suffered a miscarriage of a pregnancy. Your pharmacy records should still be in the computer of the pharmacy in which you filled that prescription.
Go now, and dig up all the receipts, doctor's bills, and proof of when you were pregnant, and when you miscarried. You'll need this for a lawyer. Please keep me informed of how things turned out for you. Don't drag your feet on this one, I don't know how long ago this was, but some things fall under a statute of limitations, so time is of the essence. I'm truly sorry for what happened to you, but it wasn't your fault, it was that thoughtless doctor. Now, he must pay to what he did for you and your family, where it hurts him most, his wallet.
