It sounds like you have the right idea of marriage and are very mature. I think that a women should be about 25 or so before marrying, This gives her time to work, have her own money, live alone or with roomates and mature before settling down. Waiting a while is always better than marrying too soon.

If you allready are together with the person you wish to marry, I dont think there i any reason to wait. Get engaged and set the date six months or a year from now. I was 20 when I married my husband, who was 25. Marriage is the most wonderful thing in the world.

I think it depends on the person.

Some people may choose to wait until they have a stable career so they can support a family. Some people may choose to forge ahead with their partner despite the lack of financial stability, but may have the support of their friends and family.

If you were to put an age on things, perhaps the average age is 25, where an individual has probably started work a couple of years, young enough to enjoy life but old enough to accept their responsibilities. This differs from person to person, but who knows? Sometimes you really can't help when you fall in love.

Honestly, there is no definite age. If you know that you're ready, then you are ready. You should be physically, emotionally and financially stable when you want to get married. Also, make sure that you really love the person you're going to marry. It's not worth anything if you don't love that person. Remember, love is one of the foundations of marriage.

As soon as the other says "yes" to "Will you marry me?" That's when you start thinking about your marriage. No one ever has their life set in stone before or even after marriage. You never know what curve balls life will throw at you, so it's pointless to plan, it's just day-to-day crap until you die, so you can't rely on keeping it holy, respectful, faithful, and all that jazz.
