I'm looking to get my nose pierced. If i choose not to wear it anymore will it leave a noticeable scar?

It can. It depends on your body, the way it was pierced, the jewlery you wear, how long you keep the piercing in, how it heals, if there was any infection....there are so many factors.
Personally I have no scarring. Some people have a tiny dot, others have a small indent. Some have a white glossy patch. It all depends on the healing process and how your nose healed. If you get it pierced with a gun, you increase your risk of infections, scarring, poor placement and bruising. ( and the fact that its un hygenic and the gun is non sterelized)

If you take proper care of it and it doesn't get infected, it would only leave a very tiny scar. Probably nothing most people would even notice, unless you specifically pointed it out.
